Needing to cancel your cable, internet, television, cell phone providers but are afraid to? After the recent press about Comcast I don’t blame you. Just last week I called Comcast to try to reduce my bill and I was faced with an aggressive “cancellation agent”.
Her response was “So why do you want to pay for slower internet?”
“My even slower income is making me” was my response. Her, Comcast and I came to a satisfactory money saving deal.
When it comes to monthly bills and or customer service, sometimes one needs to change carriers. Then when it comes time to make that phone call, people get afraid of aggressive service saving agents. And they are ready to talk crap about the competition and your good decisions.
